Your employee records section on Bayzat is where you can store, manage and track all your employee data.
To access your employee profiles, click on Employees to see a list of all your employees. You can click on any of the employees to access their individual profiles.
Each employee profile consists of individual tabs to record and store employee data, depending on the modules you have activated on Bayzat.
To make the most of the platform, fill in the required data fields in each of the following tabs:
Personal: All personal information can be extracted from documents uploaded such as name, gender, nationality, and other personal info. It is important to add a unique email ID to grant employees access to Bayzat.
Social: Details about what you do, your interest, hobby, and social media links can be updated here.
Documents: All uploaded documents will be visible in this section. You can continue to upload any document you would like to store and track for this employee.
Dependents: Create dependent records for any employee to store and manage dependent documents such as passports, visas, or any important document you wish to track.
Time Off: Prior to configuring time off on the platform, this tab will be blank. Upon configuring your Leave cycle and setting up your Time off policies and assigning employees to them, and as per the leave data updated, you will see leave balances for employees. Health Insurance: Assign the correct health insurance policy to this employee which will be visible to them on the Bayzat app.
Payroll: Insert the employee’s salary breakdown and fill in their payment details. You can mass upload your payroll data using the payroll excel upload feature. Click here to learn about configuring payroll for an individual employee.
Asset: All the company assets provided to the employee and the assignment history of the assigned asset can be found under this tab.
