What is Shift Scheduler?

The Shift Scheduler on Bayzat allows Admins and Managers to assign and communicate work shifts to employees in their organization for different work timings and locations as needed.

How does the shift scheduler work?

  • Create work centers (shift groups) that consist of one or more office locations, work shift timings and employees

  • Build weekly schedules by assigning employees to their respective shift locations and timings and save these as draft

  • Publish schedules to notify employees of their individual work shift schedules, visible directly on the Bayzat mobile app

  • Adjust schedules and immediately notify affected employees when needed
