The Attendance module allows you to track attendance for your employees by setting up your office locations on the platform using the GPS coordinates and then having your employees check in and check out of attendance when they are within the perimeter of your office location using the Bayzat app on their smart phone.
This can be set up for your company in 2 distinct ways -
Static Attendance - means that your employees have fixed work timings and their schedule NEVER changes.
Shift Scheduler - means that your employees do not have fixed work timings and their schedule keeps changing based on the demand of the business.
1. Information required if your company follows Static Attendance
Office Name - the names of all the offices that you would like to set up on the platform to track attendance for employees.
Office Address - the complete office address OR GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) of all the office locations that you wish to set up on the platform.
Work Week - work week that is followed at your organization. For Eg. Sunday to Thursday. You can mention as many work weeks that you want to set up.
Office Timing - the fixed work timings that all employees follow in the organization. You can mention multiple work timings as well.
Late Arrival - the number of minutes that an employee is allowed to arrive late to work without being flagged as 'late for the day' on the platform.
Early Departure - the number of minutes that an employee is allowed to leave early from work without being flagged as 'departed early for the day' on the platform.
2. Information required if your company follows Shift Scheduler
In order to set up the Shift Scheduler feature for your employees, apart from the above mentioned details, you will need to fill in the below details on the Onboarding Excel Sheet -
Shift Name - for each office location, mention the names of the different shifts that employees follow. For Eg. Morning Shift, Night Shift, etc.
Scheduler Name - mention the names of the employee/s responsible for creating and assigning shift timings to the shift scheduled employees in your organization.
