1. I lost my insurance card, how can I get a new one?
Please send a request to endorsements@bayzat.com and we will coordinate with the insurer for replacement of your card.
Please make sure to mention your name and company name in the email subject line.
2. My name is printed incorrectly on the insurance card, can you correct it?
We will request the insurer to print a new card with the correct details. Please email us at endorsements@bayzat.com with your passport front page copy (page listing name and expiry date) AND your insurance card copy.

3. The picture on my insurance card is not mine, can you change this?

4. My date of birth is incorrect on the card?

5. What should I do if my Emirates ID is not linked to my insurance?
You can get immediate assistance by emailing us at endorsements@bayzat.com

6. My EID is not being accepted at the hospital/clinic?
For immediate assistance, please email us a copy of your Emirates ID and of your insurance card to endorsements@bayzat.com and we will coordinate with the insurer

Certificate of Insurance
1. Can I get treatment with a Certificate of Insurance?
A Certificate of Insurance is not enough. To get treatment, you need your insurance to be activated on your Emirates ID or have an insurance Ecard or card number.

2. Will the hospital/clinic accept the Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
You cannot get treatment with the Certificate of Insurance, you will need to provide your policy number or E-card copy to get medical assistance.
3. Can I get the visa stamped with a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes, a Certificate of Insurance can be used for visa stamping.
4. Can I use the Certificate of Insurance as a travel certificate?
You can use your Certificate of Insurance as travel certificate if the geographical scope of coverage is mentioned in the COI.
To obtain a COI with the geographical scope, please email us mentioning the employee name and company name to endorsements@bayzat.com and we will get back to you shortly.
5. Can I download the certificate of Insurance from Bayzat?
Yes, you can download the certificate once uploaded under the Endorsements tab on Bayzat as shown below.
You receive an email notification when the Certificate of Insurance is available.
6. How long will the COI be available for download on Bayzat?
The COI will be available on Bayzat for 30 days from the date of issuance.
7. How long is the COI valid for?
The Certificate of Insurance is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
8. How can I get a travel insurance certificate?
If you need a travel certificate, please send us an email at endorsements@bayzat.com mentioning the travel dates and share your card copy.

9. Why is the Certificate of Insurance not accepted by HAAD?
Certificates of Insurance are not accepted by HAAD as the regulations differ between Abu Dhabi and Dubai Health Authority.
10. I need COI urgently, how do can I get one?
To request a COI, please send an email to endorsements@bayzat.com. Please make sure to mention your name and company name in the email subject line and we will get back to you shortly.
