How to add employee dependents to your insurance

Adding dependents to your insurance policy and tracking the progress of your requests

You can add employee dependents to your health insurance directly on Bayzat and track all requests online.

Go to the Dependents section in the employee’s profile, go to Insurance, and click on Insure now.

Addition is a 3 step process

Step 1 - Upload the required documents

If you’ve already uploaded them while creating the employee profile, then you don’t need to upload them again!

Step 2 - Add the member details

Step 3 - Add the additional documents as required

If you would require a COI, or like to add further details, enter them in the Anything else box.

Take a look at what the expected TATs are so you know when (if at all) you need to follow up with us!

Go back to the endorsements tab to track your additions!

NOTE:
As you upload the required documents on the form, please ensure you upload the following:
- Employee's health card if dependent is sponsored by the employee
- Marriage certificate if dependent is a spouse and sponsored by someone else
- Birth certificate if dependent is a child and sponsored by someone else

TIP:

You can now save drafts of every endorsement request you make, so that you can work on it later. Please make sure you click on the Save as Draft option to ensure your work is saved.

Once everything is finalized, you can come back to the Endorsements page and click on Continue Submission to complete the endorsement process.
