Overview of your Team

  1. View Team found within Employee Records gives you a bird's eye view of all employees working within the organization. 
  2. With it, you have the potential to filter profiles by name, hire date, profile completion, expired documents, invitation status and employee status. Sort by name/hire date. 
  3. By clicking on a specific name, you can access the following tabs of an employee's profile: personal, work, documents, time-off, payroll, dependents, insurance.
  4. Many of these tabs will be populated already. However, fields that are not can be filled in by either the administrator or the employee themselves depending on the nature of the data, i.e., if it is work related and the employee doesn't have the necessary permissions, fields like salary or assets section will have to be edited by an administrator.
