Create goal types under performance management on Bayzat

Setting up your employees' goals.

There are 3 goal types added by default:

  • Competency

  • Personal Development

  • Outcome

HR admins can choose to edit or delete these goal types

To access this go to Configuration > Performance Management

They can also add a ‘New goal type’

  • Enter the name of the goal type and save
