As a HR or Line manager you can create goals for your team

Creating goals for Individuals or team members can be accessed from Performance Management > Goals

There are 3 ways to create goals:

  • Individual Goal Creation

  • Bulk Goal Creation

  • Copy Goals from another employee

Individual Goal Creation

Bulk Goal Creation

Allows HR or managers to create goals for one employee at a time.

The following fields need to be entered to ‘Create Goals’

  • Goal Name

  • Goal Description (optional)

  • Goal Type - (optional)

  • Start Date & End Date of goal

  • Weights

    • Goal weight % can be added here

    • % should not exceed 100

    • Weight can be 0% but not blank

Allows HR or managers to create goals for multiple employee at a time.

  • The same fields as creating an individual goal needs to entered during bulk creation.

  • Once a set of goals are created it can be assigned to multiple employees

  • Users can filter employees by offices or department and assign the set of goals to them.

Copy Goals


Allows HR or managers to copy goals from an employee one employee to another.

  • This is useful when a new employee joins a team.

  • Goals can only be copied to employees who do not have any goals created.
