As an employee, you can create your own goals, in this article we will walk you through the process for doing this.
Let us look at a short walk through and then you can follow the instructions listed below.
1 - Click on My Performance in your Work Section
2 - Click on Create Goal
3 - Set up a goal and define it in detail
4 - Click Create and your goal is ready!

The following fields need to be entered to ‘Create Goals’
Goal Name
Goal Description (optional)
Goal Type - (optional)
Goal types help with the categorization of goals
The types displayed will be based on what is set up in the configuration.
Start Date & End Date of goal
It must fall within the dates of the cycle.
Weights
Goal weights help convey the importance of one goal over another.
The weight of a goal should not exceed 100%
Weight can be 0% but not blank
The total weight of all goals assigned to an employee must equal 100%
