Add a Signature
There will be two ways to add a signature:
Option 1:
HR or Authorized Signatory can create a new signature under Settings > Configuration > Letter Templates > Authorized Signatures > click on Create New Signature
Option 2:
HR or Authorized Signatory can add their signature every time when the letter request is pending for signature.
In the side menu, go to Employee Records > Letter Requests > Pending > click on Sign Letter > Upload the Signature and click on Create Signature
Edit & Delete a Signature
Authorized Signatories can edit & delete their own signatures under Settings > Configuration > Letter Templates > Authorized Signatories
Note: In the My Profile section, Authorized Signatory can see, edit and delete their signatures. However, Create will only be visible if the user hasn't created a signature yet.
