The Letter Request feature allows the HR manager to set up custom letter templates based on the company requirements and eliminate the time spent on data fields while creating a new letter thereby reducing the back-and-forth communication of letter requests by employees.
Information required when the company wants to create a new letter template:
Template Name - Name of the letter type. (e.g., Salary certificate, NOC letter etc.)
Signatory - Name of the person who will be the authorized signatory for the letter to be approved.
Template source - selecting from the drop list i.e. upload customer template -company template provided by you or upload Bayzat template-sample template provided by Bayzat.
