How to fill in the information of letter request on the onboarding sheet

The Letter Request feature allows the HR manager to set up custom letter templates based on the company requirements and eliminate the time spent on data fields while creating a new letter thereby reducing the back-and-forth communication of letter requests by employees.

Information required when the company wants to create a new letter template:

  • Template Name - Name of the letter type. (e.g., Salary certificate, NOC letter etc.)

  • Signatory - Name of the person who will be the authorized signatory for the letter to be approved.

  • Template source - selecting from the drop list i.e. upload customer template -company template provided by you or upload Bayzat template-sample template provided by Bayzat.
