With the Bayzat <> Muqeem integration, Super Admins and People managers can also cancel Final Exit visas on behalf of employees.

To cancel a Final Exit Visa, the visa must be within 60 days of its issue date. If this condition is met, the following steps can be taken to cancel the visa:

  1. Go to the Documents section or the Documents tab within the employee's profile.

  2. Click on the "Cancel" option within the three dots menu related to the Final Exit visa document. Alternatively, if you are viewing the Final Exit visa, you will see a button at the top to cancel the visa

    Web platform:

    Mobile:

  3. After clicking on "Cancel visa," you will need to:

    1. Confirm the Iqama number

    2. Verify that the employee is currently in Saudi Arabia

    3. Confirm that the employee does not have any penalties for not canceling a previously issued and unused visa

Once you confirm the cancellation, the Muqeem Integration Service will be able to cancel the Final Exit visa.

If the cancellation is successful, the original document will be updated to "canceled," and the employee will be notified via email.
