When an employee is leaving Saudi Arabia permanently, you can use Bayzat to issue their Final Exit Visa. To do this, go to the employee's profile and click on the "Issue a document" button in their Documents tab. This will open a drop-down menu where you can select "Final Exit Visa" to begin the process.

Web platform:

Mobile application (Manager mode):

The next step is to ensure you have taken the following steps, in order to successfully issue the Final Exit Visa:

  1. Add the Iqama details. If the employee has a primary Iqama registered on Bayzat, the information will already be filled in for you.

  2. Verify that there are no pending traffic violations for the employee.

  3. Verify that the employee's passport is valid.

  4. Ensure that there are no pending violations related to unused visas.

  5. Lastly, confirm that there is no valid visa currently associated with the employee.

Mobile application (Manager mode):

Once all the sections are marked as complete, you can proceed by clicking on the "Issue Final Exit Visa" button. This action will initiate the Muqeem Integration Service to issue the Final Exit visa.

If the Final Exit visa is successfully issued, a new document will be generated for the employee, and for employees with an email address on Bayzat, an email will also be sent to them to notify them about their final exit visa.
