To pay for your employees’ Muqeem services (e.g., renewing an employee’s iqama, issuing an exit / re-entry visa etc.), payment must first be made to the Ministry of Interior through the SADAD service.

Directions on how to make this payment are listed below:

Step 1: Log in to Your Online Banking Portal

Log in to your online banking portal using your username and password. Once you're logged in, navigate to the payments section. The location of the payments section may vary depending on your bank.

Step 2: Choose the SADAD Payment Option

In the payments section, look for the SADAD payment option. This option may be labeled differently depending on your bank (e.g. MoI payments, visa payments, etc.). Once you've found the correct option, click on it to proceed.

Step 3: Choose the "Government Services" Category

In the SADAD payment section, look for the "Government Services" category. This category contains various government-related payments e.g., Iqama renewal. Once you've found the category, click on it to proceed.

Step 4: Enter the Required Information

Depending on the service you are paying for, you’ll have to enter in the relevant details. For example, to renew the Iqama, you'll need to enter the employee's Iqama number and the duration of renewal for the Iqama. The amount to be paid will then be automatically calculated on the portal based on various factors.

Step 5: Choose the Payment Method

After entering the required information, you'll need to choose the payment method. You can pay using a bank account or credit card, depending on your bank's policies.

Step 6: Confirm the Payment

Once you've entered the payment details, you'll need to confirm the payment. Review the information you've entered to ensure it's accurate, then click the "Pay" button to complete the transaction.

Step 7: Verify Payment

After you've made the payment, it's important to verify that it has been processed. You can do this by checking the status of the payment in your online banking portal. The payment should be marked as "paid" if it was successful.
