On your Bayzat app, you can view your health insurance policy in a quick and easy way. Here are the steps to follow

Step 1

Open the app and once you login, Go to My Benefits - Health services

Step 2

Click on Insurance coverage to check all the benefits covered under your insurance

Step 3

You will see all the Included benefits and excluded benefits. Click on the benefit to know about it in detail

Step 4

Click on the benefit to know about the coverage limit, co-insurance and other details

You can also search for any specific symptoms in the search bar

For Example Back Pain, and from the list you can select the type of the doctor you want to see.

Clicking continue, you will see the benefits included in your policy that are relevant to the symptoms searched and the doctors you have selected. Clicking on any of the cards will show you more details suc as co-insurance, pre-authorization, etc

To view the network facilities, follow these simple steps.

Step 1

Click on Insurance Network to check all the facilities covered under your insurance

Step 2

You can see all the facilities covered under your policy - click on see all facilities. You can also search for any hospital, clinic, doctor by putting the name in the search box

Step 3

You can also see all the doctors, specialists and the top hospitals that are covered under your health insurance policy
