Viewing and Sharing Performance Reports on Bayzat Web
As an HR or Manager, once your employees Performance Review is complete, you can share their Performance Report with them.
Final Performance reports can be shared with an employee by clicking ‘Share Report’
The HR or Line Manger can also ‘View Report’ before sharing.
Though Line Managers can view performance reports of employees who directly and indirectly report to them, they can only share the performance report with employees who directly report to them
The HR or Line Manager can 'Share all reports'. This will share the Performance Report to all employees with finalized reviews.
Downloading Performance Reports on Bayzat Web
As an HR or Manager, you can download employees performance report before or after you've shared it with them.
Clicking on the 'Download report' button will download a csv file containing the following:
Employee Name
Number of Goals
Goals Status
Reports to
Office
Department
Self-Evaluation Score (If Enabled)
Line Manager Score (If Enabled)
Post Calibration Score
Report Shared (yes/no)
Please Note:
The HR will be able to download this report with data for all employees.
Line managers will be able to download this report with data for only their direct & indirect reports.
