Set up or define a rating scale to grade employee performance

The rating scale setup will be used when reviewing employees on their goals.

To set up your rating scale Go to Configuration> Performance Management>Rating Scale> Edit rating scale

  1. Admins can select from a 3-10 point rating scale

  2. They can choose to include a ‘not applicable’ (N/A) option in the scale

  3. They can customize the labels & descriptions for each point in the rating scale

  4. The default scale is a 5 point scale:

    • 1- Below expectations

    • 2- Meets expectations

    • 3- Exceeds expectations

    • 4- Greatly Exceeds expectations

    • 5- Truly Outstanding
