Create posts & view content
Web
Right on the top of your Bayzat dashboard page, click the text box that says ‘Write what’s on your mind?' to create a post.
You can also add attachments to the post.
You can decide who can see the posts by clicking on Change who can see this post.
By default, the post will be visible to all departments, offices, and employees.
However, you can filter and select by - Offices, Departments, People.
Apply the filter and publish the post right away or schedule the post for later.
Mobile
The ‘create post’ icon will be visible at the bottom right of the newsfeed page. Once you click on the icon:
A new screen will open, where you can create the post.
The user’s profile picture and name will be displayed, along with any posts you create.
Use @ to tag employees in the post.
Use # to highlight text in a different color (Bayzat purple).
You can decide who can see the posts by clicking on Change who can see this post.

Template posts
The system generates automatic templates for the following:
1. New Employees
If there are employees hired in the last 30 days, they will appear on the right-hand side in the Upcoming Events section under New Hires.
Admins can select an employee to create a welcome post for them.
A template for the post is generated with the name of the employee and their avatar.
2. Upcoming Celebrations - Birthdays & Work Anniversaries
Admins can create posts to wish employees on these celebrations
A template for birthday or work anniversary with the name of the employee is created
The posts can be scheduled for a future date or posted immediately.
3. Shout-out to an Employee
Admins can create a post to specifically appreciate certain employees or congratulate them.
Click the text box that says ‘Write what’s on your mind' to create a post.
Click on the shout-outs icon placed below the text box.
Choose from a list of employees. You can use the search function and then select the employee.
Once an employee is selected, a template for a shout-out with the name of the employee is automatically created.
