1. What is the turnaround time for company and employee registration for onshore and free zone companies?

Initial company and employee registration for both onshore and offshore companies is completed within 24 hours.

2. What are the documents required for registering on-shore Bayzat customers with Lulu?

  • Copy of valid trade license(s).

  • Copy of updated MOL list(s).

  • Copy of a completed Lulu company registration form(s), signed and stamped by anyone mentioned on the trade license. POA is required if the signatory is other than anyone mentioned on the Trade license.

  • Copy of passport with Visa page or EID of the signatory with the Emirates ID copies of all partners mentioned on the trade license.

  • For companies with multiple trade license, a copy of a relationship letter is required if they will process salaries of all employee via Lulu Exchange.

  • An excel sheet with the information listed under the subheading below.

3. What are the documents required for registering employees with Lulu once company registration is done? (Both onshore and offshore).

To register unbanked employees, a FAB ATM card request form has to be completed and shared with Lulu. This form will be used to process a MyPay card for these employees.

4. Information to be entered in the excel file:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Nationality

  • Passport number

  • Passport expiry date

  • Passport issue country

  • Emirates ID number

  • Emirates ID expiry date

  • Mobile number

  • Address for card delivery
