1. What is a MyPay card?

A MyPay card is a payroll card issued by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) for Lulu International Exchange and it is called MyPay.

2. What are the charges associated with MyPay cards?

  • The first card is issued at no cost.

  • There will be no charge if the cardholder withdraws money from a FAB ATM.

  • A fee of AED 2 + VAT is applicable if the withdrawal is made from a non-FAB ATM.

3. Where will the MyPay cards be delivered when issued by Lulu Exchange?

MyPay card will be delivered to the location of the cardholder as stated on the FAB ATM card registration form.

4. How will I be notified about MyPay card deliveries and when will I receive them?

Once the cards are ready to be delivered, Lulu exchange’s courier will contact the registered employees to notify them that the cards will be delivered.

My Pay cards are delivered within 12 working days after submitting the request.

5. What is the process for MyPay card activation once I receive the card?

Once the card is received, the card holder can visit any FAB ATM, insert the card into the ATM machine and set the PIN number to activate it.

6. How can I block a lost or stolen MyPay card?

8. Will I be charged for a replacement card if I lose my MyPay card?

Yes, an amount of AED 15 for each lost card will be deducted from the cardholder's account.

9. How can I withdraw money without a MyPay card?

Holders of MyPay cards who do not have their MyPay card on hand can withdraw money by presenting their Emirates ID and labor card details over the counter at any Lulu Exchange branch to withdraw their salary.

10. What are the charges associated with MyPay cards?

  • The first MyPay card is issued at no cost.

  • There will be no charge if the money is withdrawn from a FAB ATM using the MyPay card.

  • A fee of AED 2 + VAT is applicable if the money is withdrawn from a non-FAB ATM using the MyPay card.
