1. What is the maximum number of employees I can register with Lulu International Exchange?

Unlimited number as there is no limitation with employee registration.

2. When will My Pay cards be delivered?

Withing 12 working days after submitting the request.

3. What is the process for My Pay card activation once I receive the card?

Once the card is received, the card holder can visit any FAB ATM, insert the card into the ATM machine and set the PIN number to activate it.

4. How can I block a missing/stolen card?

Quickly send an email stating the company’s name, MOL ID, card holder name and card number to the following email IDs: “baigi.toufiq@ae.luluexchange.com, wpsinfo@luluexchange.com & irshad.muhammad@ae.luluexchange.com. Also please copy payrollsupport@bayzat.com on this email.

5. Is there a fee associated with card replacement?

Yes, an amount of AED 15 will be deducted from the cardholder account.

6. How can I request for lost or stolen card?

Quickly send an email stating the company’s name, MOL ID, card holder name and card number to the following email IDs: “baigi.toufiq@ae.luluexchange.com, wpsinfo@luluexchange.com & irshad.muhammad@ae.luluexchange.com. Also please copy payrollsupport@bayzat.com on this email.

7. How can I withdraw my salary without the MyPay card?

Lulu International Exchange do not allow cardholders to withdraw without the MyPay card. The cardholder will have to wait for the replaced card if stolen or missing.

8. What are the charges associated with MyPay cards?

The card issuance fee is free and there will be no charge if the cardholder withdraws money from a FAB ATM. A AED 2 + VAT is applicable if the withdrawal is made from other ATMs.

9. Can you register employees without labor card/free zone number details?

Lulu International exchange currently can.

10. What are the work weeks/timing and office timings for the call center?

Saturday to Sunday except for Friday and public holidays. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

11. What is a My Pay Card?

This is a payroll card issued by FAB for Lulu International Exchange and its called MyPay.

12. Where will the cards be delivered when issued by Lulu Exchange?

The card will be delivered to the card holder’s location as stated on the FAB ATM card registration form.

13. Can I pay for multiple trade licenses in one single transaction? If yes, how?

Yes, if the companies are registered as a group of companies during initial company registration.

14. What are the cut off times to process salaries?

Salaries will be released the same day if the funds are transferred into one of the accounts of Lulu International Exchange’s before 12PM.

15. How many branches and ATM does Lulu Exchange have?

Over 73 branches across UAE and withdrawals can be made for free in all FAB ATM machines.

16. What are the documents required for registering on-shore Bayzat customers with Lulu?

  • Copy of valid trade license(s).
  • Copy of updated MOL list(s).
  • Copy of a completed LuLu company registration form(s), signed and stamped by anyone mentioned on the trade license. POA is required if the signatory is other than anyone mentioned on the Trade license.
  • Copy of passport with Visa page or EID of the signatory with the Emirates ID copies of all partners mentioned on the trade license.
  • For companies with multiple trade license, a copy of a relationship letter is required if they will process salaries of all employee via Lulu Exchange.

17. What are the documents required for registering free-zone Bayzat customers with LuLu?

  • Copy of Valid trade license(s).
  • Copy of a completed LuLu company registration form(s), signed and stamped by the anyone mentioned on the trade license. POA is required if the signatory is other than anyone mentioned on the Trade license.
  • Copy of passport with Visa page or EID of the signatory with the Emirates ID copies of all partners mentioned on the trade license.
  • For companies with multiple trade license, a copy of a relationship letter is required if they will process salaries of all employee via Lulu Exchange.

18. What are the documents required for registering employees with LuLu once company registration is done? (both onshore and offshore)

FAB ATM card request form has to be completed and shared with Lulu to register only UNBANKED employees.

19. What is the turnaround time for company and employee registration for onshore and free zone companies?
Initial company and employee registration for both on shore and offshore companies is completed within 24 Hours.

20. What are the salary payment options available for Lulu Exchange:

Lulu Exchange has three types of payment options. The client will have to choose this payment option before Lulu Exchange proceeds.

  • Cash payout - salaries processed as cash payout requires the employees to visit any of Lulu Exchange branches and present original Emirates ID for collection.
  • Direct bank account - Salary transferred to the bank account of the registered employees.
  • MyPay Card ( FAB ). - Salary transfer to my pay card of registered employees.

21. What are the fund transfer options available for Lulu Exchange:

  • Online/Direct Fund Transfer to any of the LuLu partner bank
  • Cheque Deposit

22. How would the employees be notified on card receipt status? -

Once the cards are issued, Lulu exchange’s courier will contact the any persons mentioned on the WPS registration form and arrange the card delivery. Normally, the cards are delivered to the respective employees.

23. Can registered unbanked employees withdraw salaries without their FAB ATM Cards?

Yes, by presenting their Emirates ID and labour card details over the counter at any Lulu Exchange branch to withdraw their salary.
