In partnership with Health at Hand, you can consult with a DHA licensed doctor via audio or video call directly on the Bayzat app from where ever you are.

The doctors will examine symptoms, provide diagnoses, make treatment recommendations and advise on required medications or refer you to a physical doctor if needed.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Sick Leave Certificate can be requested through Online Doctor Consultations.

  • AED 50 will be charged post-consultation.

  • You can provide any images or description of symptoms to assist with the diagnosis prior to the consultation.

  • Doctors speak English, Arabic and Hindi.

  • Connect with an available doctor immediately online from 6 AM to 10 PM (Saturday to Thursday) and 9 AM to 10 PM (Friday).

  • Get your medical report, referral letter and prescription online and all medication delivered to your home from 800Pharmacy.

You can also have dependents who are under the age of 18 benefit from Online Doctor Consultations.

If no dependent details are added, you have the option of adding Another dependent on the Patient selection page.

All patients are allowed one free follow up consultation after their first online doctor appointment. The free follow up consultation should be used within 7 days of the first consultation.

After you complete your first consultation, the Consultation History card will include the option for your free follow up consultation along with the doctor’s report.

What symptoms can you get a consultation for on the app?

Here are some of the most common conditions you can get immediate consultations for:

  • Cold, cough, sore throat or flu-like illness

  • Vomiting and Indigestion

  • Headaches and Earaches

  • Eye infections

  • Urinary symptoms

  • Sinus congestion and allergies

  • Rashes

  • Diarrhea

If your symptoms require a full physical examination, your doctor will provide you with a referral to the appropriate doctor for further treatment as needed.
