Tp calculate the gratuity amount payable to an individual employee, please follow the below steps.
Step 1
Under an employee's profile, click on End of Service under their Payroll tab.
Step 2
To calculate the gratuity, select the End Date, Contract Type, and Reason for Departure as these factors determine the final gratuity of an employee upon leaving.
