How to apply for a Letter Request

This article explains how an employee can submit letter requests on Bayzat

Employees can now directly place letter requests with the HR/Admin from the Bayzat app as well as the web version.

How to apply for a Letter Request

On the web version of Bayzat, you can place a letter request by -

  • Going to the side menu > Requests.

  • Click the option My letters.

  • Click on the Request New Letter button and select the required template.

How to track your letter request

On the web:

Employees can see the updates of their letter requests on the Letter Requests page.

There are 3 tabs on the Letter Requests page -

  1. Pending: All your letter requests which have not yet been approved/signed by the respective approvers will be visible in this section.

2. Approved: All approved letters can be viewed and downloaded from this section. Clicking on the 3 dots next to the Download button will give you options to -

  • Download letter

  • Share via email

  • Comment

3. Rejected: This section will have all those letter requests that have been rejected by the HR/Admin.

How to apply for a Letter Request

On the Bayzat app:

There are 3 ways to place a letter request on the Bayzat app -

In the side menu of the Bayzat app, under the Work tab, click on Letter Requests.

On the 'Home' screen of the Bayzat app, click on the Request a letter widget at the top.

On the 'Work' Tab, click on the Request a letter widget at the top OR from the list of options.

How to track your letter request

On the Bayzat app:

Within the Letter Requests page, employees will be able to see updates of their submitted letter requests.

  • Pending: All your letter requests which have not yet been approved/signed by the respective approvers will be visible in this section.

  • Approved: All approved letters can be viewed, downloaded, and shared via email from this section.

  • Rejected: This section will have all those letter requests that have been rejected by the HR/Admin.
