  • After receiving responses to your engagement survey, there are different ways to review the survey results:

    • From the surveys tab, can view the results for only that engagement survey similar to any other survey.

    • From the Engagement tab, the Super Admin or Company Survey Admin will be able to view the overall engagement survey results, as well as a heatmap of engagement performance across each driver. The results will include all engagement surveys run in the time period selected.

    • The overall page will show the average score for each engagement driver, as well as the overall employee NPS, history of previous surveys ran and the response rate achieved in engagement surveys.

    • To access the heatmap, you should press either of the View analysis Buttons.

      In the heatmap view:

      • The average engagement score for each category will be color coded as per the following legend:
        Dark green (8.6-10 average score)
        Light green (6.0-8.5 average score)
        Yellow (3.6-5.9 average score)
        Red (0-3.5 average score)

      • In the heatmap, you can customize the columns by pressing the gear icon to hide or show engagement drivers or response rates.

      • You can change the groupings displayed by choosing the grouping they wish to see in the drop-down. The options available are: Department, Line Manager, Office, Age, Tenure, Gender

      • The meaning of each engagement category can be viewed by hovering over the column header, there is also a detailed explanation available from Engagement Drivers.

      • The response will be included as per the value for the employee at the time of submission (e.g. if the department value for an employee is changed after they respond, it will still display the original department). If no value was input at the time of submission, the response will go under the Unknown category.

Drilldown into a specific area of survey results:

  • From the heatmap or the overall view, you will be able to drill down into a specific area to view the detailed results that caused that average score.

  • Different drill-downs are available to view a combination of a grouping and an engagement driver, all results for one engagement driver, or all results for one grouping.

  • In the drill-down view, filters can be applied similarly to the existing survey functionality to customize the survey results and view only responses with a certain value or from a certain group.

  • Responses to any free-text questions that were included can be viewed from the relevant drill down.

  • In the summary tab, summary results for each question of the relevant engagement drivers will be displayed, similarly to the existing survey analysis.

  • In the Responses tab, the exact responses submitted by each respondent will be displayed in a table format with one row for each respondent.

    Important note:
If your engagement survey has been sent out with anonymous responses enabled, responses will be hidden for any grouping that has less than 3 employees, to protect employees' anonymity.
For example if there are only 2 employees in the marketing department, if you try to drill down into Marketing Department responses, a message will be displayed stating that "Responses are hidden for anonymity reasons." Similarly in the heatmap view for the Marketing Department, the results will be blurred.
