Line managers or HR must approve employee goals to finalize them before the goals can be tracked.

  • Once an employee confirms their goals, it is ready to be approved.

  • Line managers & HR will be notified of this with a ‘Pending approval’ status.

  • If they approve the goals, no further edits can be made to goals except by HR.

  • If any edits are made to the goal before approval, it will require the employees' confirmation again.

  • Goals can be approved individually for each employee, or they can be done in bulk for multiple employees.

Note: An employee's goals need to be confirmed & approved in order to proceed with their end-of-cycle performance review.
