This article explains how you as an Employee / Line Manager / Super Admin / can:
Document a catch-up with your team members.
View catch-ups recorded by employees if you have permission to view them.
Recording a catch-up:
To access this go to My Performance > Catch-ups > Record a catch-up.
Define the details of the Catch-up
The left panel has the below fields:
Catch-up with - You can type and select an employee to catch up with from the pre-populated list. You can only select one employee.
Catch-up date - Set the current date or schedule a future date for the catch-up.
Catch-up topic - Define the topic of the catch-up. Please note that the topic should be unique for different catch-ups to avoid duplicate entries in the record list.
Cycle and goals - Link the catch-up with a cycle/goal from a list of existing cycles created by the Super-Admin.
Switch - Make this a private catch-up.
The switch appears only when the ‘catch-up with’ field is filled.
Switch is OFF by default: Catch-up will be visible to people you and the catch-up participant directly/indirectly report to + company HRs.
Switch is ON: Only you and the employee you had a catch-up with will be able to view it.
The right panel has the below fields:
Notes - This allows you to add an agenda and add meeting notes.
Catch-up templates (optional) - You can select a template from the dropdown to structure your meeting with an agenda and action items. Text from the template can be changed or removed in the text editor.
Attachments -You can upload attachments of a maximum size of 15 MB. The file types that can be uploaded are images and pdf.
Once all the necessary and mandatory details are filled you can proceed to Save the catch-up.
An in-app notification and an email notification are sent as soon as the catch-up is saved.
Editing a catch-up:
A catch-up can be edited by either one of the two participants of the catch-up.
Catch-up with the field cannot be edited.
Additional actions:
A catch-up can be deleted by either one of the two participants of the catch-up.
Comments & Activity
Anyone who can view the catch-up will be able to comment on it like:
Employee’s who are part of the catch-up
HR/LM if catch-up is not private
Any edits to the catch-up will be recorded in the catch-up activity.
