As an employee, you can review your performance. Let us understand how this can be done.
Note - Self Review has to be enabled/allowed by the Admins/HR Team
The review form will be available based on the review start date configured.
In the review form, the employee can rate their performance on each of their goals
They can select a rating from the rating scale setup in the configuration
They can also add notes to support their selected rating
The employee will have easy access to the goal history & details to provide them context while reviewing.
Once the employee submits their review, they will not be able to make any edits.
The self-review score does not count towards the employee’s final performance rating. Its primary purpose is to encourage self-reflection and guide the manager’s review of the employee.
