Step 1 - Go to Payroll Table

You will find a message as highlighted above for employees who are missing the critical information required for processing payroll. For example, in above screenshot, 4 employees are missing critical information

Step 2 - Click anywhere on the employee name as shown below -

Step 3 - Click on Update

Step 3 - Enter the below details and click on Save-

Note - Freezone employee ID should have the Freezone prefix (alphabetical) and 11 numerical digits
