You can submit and track your medical claims and those of your dependents directly on Bayzat, on both web and mobile.

What are medical insurance claims?

Certain health care providers or medical treatments are covered on a reimbursement basis only, meaning that as a patient you will be required to pay for your treatment out of pocket and submit a reimbursement claim to your medical insurance provider to get your payment.

How to submit claims on mobile

Watch the video below to learn how to submit your claims on the Bayzat app.

How to submit claims on web

To submit your claims on web, follow the below steps:

Step 1

On your profile, click on My Claims.

Step 2

You will be directed to your claims dashboard as shown below. Click on New Claim to submit a new claim.

Step 3

Fill in the claim details by selecting your name (or dependent name), ensuring there is an insurance card copy uploaded and input the date and amount associated of the treatment.

Upload the required claim documents (claim form, receipts, reports, prescriptions etc.) in each of the specific sections.

Fill in your bank details for the reimbursement and click Submit.

Step 4

Once a claim is submitted, you can track the progress of the claim on your claims dashboard. You will be notified of missing documents and any claim updates.

Note:

  • Claims submitted by employees cannot be viewed by admins.

  • If you are submitting a claim close to cut-off date, please make sure you submit a complete set of documents so that we can submit your claim before the cut-off date.

  • Admins can only view employee claims they have submitted on behalf of employees.

  • Upon submitting a request, any missing documents can be uploaded by the employee if you activate employee notifications.
