The company documents module allows you to store and track important company-related documents that require renewal. It works in the same way as Employee Documents using OCR technology. 

The default list of documents you can upload and track include the following:

  • Trade License
  • Ministry of Labor List
  • Establishment Card
  • Salary Declaration
  • Click on the Company Documents tab on the main navigation panel to either edit or add new documents¬†
  • Use the Drag and Drop function and select Other category to upload any other type of company related document to the list
