Yes, however, you will need to set the total number of days that an employee can carry over at the end of each leave cycle. 

Carry Over Allowance = the total number of days/limit that employees are allowed to carry over from one year to another (based on company policy/contact)

Days Carried over from previous cycle = the actual number of days that particular employee has not consumed from previous cycle to be carried forward to current cycle.
