The first step is to delete the old invite that was sent by:

  1. Going to your "Dashboard" and select the "Invite Employees" tab.
  2. Click to the second tab, "Pending Invitations", and delete the invite for that particular employee (shown below).
  3. To insert the correct email, go to that employee's profile under "View Team". 
  4. On the "Work tab", put in the correct primary work email you wish to have for that employee and save. 
  5. On "View Team", you can now invite the employee and the invitation will be sent to the correct email address.
