As soon as at least 1 employee has responded to a survey, results will be visible for analysis. You can view these results both on web and on your phone, making it easy to access and browse the insights wherever you are and whenever you need.

To view the results of the survey, simply click view details from the table on the Surveys page. Here, you'll land on the Results Tab, along with three other tabs:

  1. Participants tab: To help you easily identify who has yet to respond to the survey

  2. Questions tab: The survey form sent out to employees

  3. Survey details tab: Details about the survey setup

Within the Results tab, there are 2 sub-tabs, giving you 2 different views of the survey results:

Summary

The overall response rate can be viewed at the top of the summary page. In addition filters can be applied to only view summary results for a specific question response/ department/ office/ trade license by pressing the filters button.

Each question type has a different graphical representation that will summarize the Reponses received to that question, as well as show how many users responded to that question.

For free text questions, interesting responses can be starred to make them more visible. All starred responses can then be reviewed from the Starred sub-tab in the free text card. Pressing the view all button on beside the star will allow all responses that user submitted to be viewed.

Response

On the Response sub-tab you can view each of the responses submitted by users in full. Filtering can also be applied using the filters button to view responses only for specific groupings such as department, office etc.

Pressing the view all button in the left column will pop up

If the survey is not anonymous, the name of the employee that submitted each response will also be visible in the table and employee's names can be searched.

If you wish to perform further analysis in excel, the download as excel button can be used to export the results.

Sharing Results

Once a survey has reached the completed status, the results can be shared with any employee inside your organization. To do this, simply select Share survey from the action button at the top of the page, or from the surveys table menu.

After selecting share results, there will be 2 options available for sharing:

  1. Copying a magic link:
This link can be copy pasted and sent to any employee in your organization with access to the Bayzat platform. When they click the link they will be taken to the survey summary page for that specific survey. The link will automatically open the Bayzat mobile app or web site depending on the device type that it is clicked from.

  2. Allowing all participants to view results via Bayzat
This will enable all participants that submitted a response to the survey to view the results of the survey by visiting the My Surveys page and then going to the Completed tab and clicking the View results button beside the survey.

In both cases, when employees view the results, they will only be able to view the survey summary page. The detailed response sub-tab will not be visible to them.

Important note:
If your survey has been sent out with anonymous responses enabled, responses will be hidden if you apply filters to the results, where less than 3 employees meet the criteria. This is to prevent identifying individual employees' responses to an anonymous survey.

For example if there are only 2 employees in the marketing department, if you try to apply a filter to your survey results to only see responses from the Marketing Department, a message will be displayed stating that "Responses are hidden for anonymity reasons."
