The organization chart helps you to understand which departments exist in your organization and who is part of each department and their reporting managers as configured on Bayzat.
Navigating to view Organization structure.
Go to the Employee Records > Employees if you are a Super Admin OR the People tab if you are not an admin.
Click the Organization chart view button as highlighted below.
The organization chart will be displayed if Reports to is filled out for at least 1 employee in the organization.
Each employee will be displayed showing their profile photo, name, job title, and department (if filled in), as well as how many direct reporting managers they have.
View the instructions on the organization structure
Clicking How it works text on the organization structure will show you an informative pop-up regarding how the organization chart is generated, as well as guide you on how to expand or collapse the organization chart.
Collapse or expand the organization structure
The arrow at the top of a node will view or hide all reporting managers for that node
The arrow to the left or right of the node will view or hide all employees at the same level
The arrow to the bottom of the node will view or hide all employees reporting to that member
Go to the employee's profile from the organization structure
There is a link that will take you to the relevant employee profile page by clicking on the underlined name.
Depending on the role you will either go to the full profile or short about me profile of the employee.
