Admins can access the custom data section from Configuration -> Custom data.
Data types supported can be broken down in to the following categories :
Text
Date
List
List Pre-defined
To add a custom data type :
Click on add new field:
Define the field name, add translation if necessary and choose "Data Type", depending on the chosen data type additional fields may be necessary to be entered.
Once a data field is saved, it will be visible as below
Employee custom fields defined will be available to edit under the Employee profile → Personal tab → Additional Data
Company custom fields defined will be available to edit under the Company Documents menu → Additional data
You can also specify custom employee list fields to be available under filter options for the payroll table, adjustments list page or work expenses list pages.
