The Onboarding Excel Sheet that you will be filling up during your Bayzat account configuration is Macro enabled. This means that the modules you select as 'Yes/No' on the Modules Required tab will determine the information you will be required to fill in the Onboarding Excel Sheet.

Below is the module wise breakup and the key inputs that you have to select -

1. Will you be using Bayzat to access and use your health insurance policy?

  • Yes - if you have your updated Table of Benefits and Network List and would like your employees to have access to the Health App.

  • No - if you do not want to set up the Health App for your employees.

2. Will you be using Bayzat to track time off?

  • Yes - if you want to enable your employees to request for a leave from the comfort of their mobile phones and manage the leave approvals and balances directly via the Bayzat app.

  • No - if you do not want to track time off for your employees.

3. Is the employees' leave data available?

  • Yes - if you have the leave balance data for all your employees, this can be updated by our configuration team during account configuration.

  • No - if you do not have the leave balances for your employees at the moment. However, this is something that you can update for your employees later on, once your Bayzat account is configured.

4. Do we have the leave approval hierarchy data for all employees?

  • Yes - if you have the reporting structure for leave requests.

  • No - if you do not have the reporting structure for leave requests. This is something that you can update for your employees later on, once your Bayzat account is configured.

5. Will you be using Bayzat to manage your payroll?

  • Yes - if you want to use Bayzat to manage your entire payroll process online

  • No - if you do not want to manage your payroll process online.

6. How will you be using payroll on Bayzat?

  • Management - if you want to manage your salary calculations and adjustments, close custom pay runs, and generate SIF files and employee pay slips directly from the platform.

  • Processing - if apart from all of the above functions, you would also like to process payroll on Bayzat using our online integration with Lulu Exchange. This will enable you to have a seamless payroll processing experience, that too, at no cost for a year!

  • N/A - if you are not going ahead with either Payroll Management or Processing.

7. Will you download bank SIF(s) on Bayzat?

  • Yes - if you want to download your bank / exchange house SIF file from the platform.

  • No - if you do not want to download your bank / exchange house SIF file online.

8. Will you be using Bayzat for expense management?

  • Yes - if you want to enable your employees to create work expense reimbursements directly via the app.

  • No - if you do not want to manage your work expenses online.

9. Do you have mileage expense reimbursement policy?

  • Yes - if you want to enable your employees to create fuel reimbursements directly via the app.

  • No- if you do not want to set up fuel expense reimbursement policy for the employees.

10. Will you be using Bayzat to track attendance?

  • Yes - if you want to set up your office locations and track employees’ attendance directly via the app.

  • No - if you do not want to track your employee’s attendance online.

11. How do you track attendance (static or as shifts)?

  • Static - if your employees have fixed work timings and their schedule never changes.

  • Shift Scheduler - if your employees do not have fixed work timings and their schedule keeps changing based on the demand of the business.

12. You will require multiple visits?

  • Yes - if you want to track employee’s client visits / multiple locations directly from the app.

  • No - if you do not want to keep a track of employee’s client visits.

13. Will employees or admin create the locations?

  • Admin only - if you want only admin to create client locations for employees multiple visits.

  • Employee only - if you want only employee’s to create client locations for multiple visits check-in.

  • Both – if you want both admin and employee to create client location.

14. Do you need your company attendance to be linked to your payroll ?

  • Yes - if you want to set up overtime / days in lieu / deduction policy and link it directly to payroll.

  • No - if you do not want to set up overtime / days in lieu / deduction policy online.

15. Would you be using Bayzat for letter request?

  • Yes - if you want your employees to request for any letter directly from the app.

  • No - if you do not want your employees to request for any letter online.

16. Will you use Bayzat analytical dashboard?

  • Yes - if you want to have an overview of HR metrics and customized reports of Insurance, Time Off and Payroll.

  • No - if you do not want an access to key module dashboards.

17. Do you need company assets to be recorded as part of you initial account configuration?

  • Yes - if you require to keep a record or track of company assets allotted to employees.

  • No - if you do not require to keep a record or track company assets allotted to employees.
