The smartpay payroll cards will be distributed to companies by UAEX Exchange and every company is responsible for distributing the cards amongst their staff.

Individual companies must ensure their employees approach any of the UAE exchange branches for collecting their first salary using their cards.

Card holders must undergo a KYC verification by UAEX and provide a written declaration expressing consent to use the smart pay payroll cards as their preferred channel for salary disbursement.

Upon first salary disbursement and completion of the declaration procedure, individual pins for smartpay cards will be forwarded to companies and employees can begin using their cards for future salary withdrawals.
