What is Employee Records?

All relevant employee data you currently store for your day to day operations, record-keeping and key employment processes for each of your employees. Records for:

  • Employees
  • Office/Branches/Trade Licenses ¬†
  • Dependents
  • Company Assets

Why we need your employee records?

Maintaining employee data and legal employment relationships is essential to comply with UAE employment regulation. Uploading and creating complete records for you during the configuration stage allows you to immediately start benefiting from the expiry tracking technology and data management tool on Bayzat when you receive your account.

How to fill in Employee Records

The employee records section is broken down into 5 tabs in red:

Let us go through each of these tabs and the required data points.

(1) Employee Information

  • What are the specific data points required
  • Why we require each of the data points

Before inputting data, make sure you have gathered up to date and accurate records for each of the below mandatory fields:

(1) An updated list of your current employees you wish to see on the platform

(2) Accurate and consistent spelling of employee names (as displayed on personal identification documents)

(3) Unique and updated email IDs for all your employees (not department specific email accounts used by multiple employees to allow for individual employee registrations)

(4) Accurate hire date for each employee based on the date format shown on the sheet
Note: Ms Excel accepts DD-MMM-YYYY or DD-MM-YY or MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY)
