What is Onboarding
Onboarding is the process of configuring your company’s individual Bayzat account. We set up the platform to fit your specific requirements by uploading your company and employee specific data onto the platform.
Why do you need to configure my account for me?
Configuring your account in advance allows you to access a ready to use platform with live and accurate data for you and your team to immediately start working with. The more information you provide us at the stage of configuration, the less you have to manually insert later.
The information we collect, in particular Time Off and Payroll data, is very time sensitive, so we must ensure that the onboarding process and subsequent training sessions are conducted as quickly and effectively as possible.
