Yes you can. The system automatically sends 3 email reminders if the employee hasn’t accepted the invitation to join. To resend an invite follow the below steps:
- Go to your Dashboard and click on "Invite Employees"
- Select the "Pending Invitations" tab as shown below
- Resend individual invites or all at once
If there is some issue with an employee not receiving an invite email, do contact our Customer Success Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll have a look at it!
