How to manually enter or edit check in/check out timings for employees

As a Super Admin, you can manually enter or edit employees' attendance in the following scenarios:

  1. When employees do not have smartphones or unique email IDs.

  2. When an employee's check-in or check-out time is incorrect.

Step 1

From the dashboard, navigate to Time > Employee Attendance.

Step 2

Under Attendance, search for the employee whose check in/check out timings you want to edit.

Step 3

For the date you want to change the check in/check out timings, click on the three dots on the right-hand end of the row and click on Edit.

Step 4

Click on the arrow beside Full Breakdown and enter or edit the check in/check out timings as required. Once done, click on Update.

Step 5

Review the timings to ensure they are changed. The updated timing will be marked as "Edited on platform"
