Why invite employees?

Inviting employees is necessary to give them access to the platform, whether on the desktop version or mobile app.

How to invite employees?

Step 1: Go to View Team under Employee Records

The green invite button on View Team allows an administrator the ability to invite company employees to Bayzat Benefits. 

Step 2: Click on Green Invite Button
You can invite employees individually or in bulk. To invite a single employee, click on the green button next to their name and confirm the details in the pop up invite window as shown below:

To invite multiple employees, select all or multiple employees using the check box and click on invite.

To invite employees you need the following mandatory fields to be provided:

  1. Work Email ID (or personal if no work email, but has to be placed in work email ID field on Work tab)
  2. Health Insurance Category assigned to that employee

Once invited, they receive a registration email and must register with the same email ID invite is sent to be able to log into Bayzat.
