Getting Started on Bayzat Benefits:

  1. Register on Bayzat Benefits

  2. Log into your account to Admin View

  3. Add Company Logo

  4. Configure Departments

  5. Configure Leave Policies

  6. Configure Deductions

  7. Configure Variable Pay 

  8. Set up permissions

  9. Send Employee Invites

Adding New Employees:

  1. Add Employee

  2. Build Personal and Work Profile

  3. Upload Employee Documents

  4. Set up Time Off

  5. Set up Payroll

  6. Invite Employee

  7. Resend Invites

Managing Leave Requests:

  1. Accept, Reject leave requests

  2. Edit Leave Requests

  3. Use the Leave Calendar

Managing Payroll Requests:

  1. Manage reimbursement requests

  2. Close Payrun

  3. Generate Payslips
