How to use Bayzat Benefits OCR Technology to Import Documents 

  1. Under Employee Records, click Import Documents. 
  2. Upload a scanned mandatory document - for example, a Passport or Emirates ID. Our software will detect the kind of document and the information available for extraction. 
  3. Once the upload has happened, you will see several forms with the information filled out. All that's required is for you to select who the document belongs to - employee or dependent, etc - whether they are a new employee or existing, and finally, save and finish.
  4. You can upload multiple files at once and aren't restricted to one page while it is uploading.
