How to track your claim

Constant follow ups are a thing of the past. Track claims on the Bayzat App and Work Life Platform.

Employees and admins can track their own claims after submitting them on both the app and the platform. Admins can track claims submitted on behalf of employees on the platform.

After successfully submitting a claim, employees and admins can view the status of each claim. When you click on a claim, a description of the status the claim is currently in will be visible.

At the bottom of this page, you will find a list of all statuses and their descriptions.

Bayzat app

Step 1

On the claims landing page, any claims currently being processed will be visible.

Step 2

Click on the claim to view the claim in more detail.

Step 3

Download or view the claim report within the app.

Bayzat Work Life Platform

Step 1

On the claims page, click on the claim you want to track.

What does the status of my claim mean?

  • IN REVIEW - Your claim is being reviewed by our team. It usually takes us about 1-2 business days from the submission date.

  • PENDING DOCS - Your claim has few documents missing. Please upload the documents so that your claim can be processed.

  • IN PROGRESS - Your claim has been reviewed and submitted to the insurer for approval.

  • APPROVED - Your claim has been approved. It usually takes 3 to 7 working days for you to receive the reimbursement amount.

  • PARTIALLY APPROVED - Your claim is partially approved and the insurer requires additional information to reprocess the claim. It usually takes 3 to 7 working days for you to receive the partial reimbursed amount.

  • REJECTED - Your claim has been rejected by the insurer.
